Would you like to conduct a meeting about open educational resources at your school or library for your friends, classmates, students’ parents? The Open Lesson is a ready script for such a workshop. It consists of several modules that can be selected and adjusted depending on the needs and the nature of the group. These modules include, amongst others: the idea of openness, an overview of links to repositories of individual subjects, searching for resources (two versions of the exercise), and frequently asked questions.

The Open Lesson was tested during Open Education Week 2015. During this week, more than 30 lessons and workshops (based on this script) took place in Poland. The material has been translated into English and Spanish.

Along with the script, a poster and a set of free images for use in presentations and subsequent materials are also available. All the content available here is open, i.e. you can use and remix it, for any purpose, including commercial, by providing information about the authors. You can download editable .DOCX file to make your own version or translations.
